These values should come from a professional.
You can configure the app to send a text message to your emergency contact based on these settings.
The app has graphs to view the heart rate, the R-R intervals and the Heart Rate Variability score.
Ideal for an elderly person or anyone at risk of a heart problem and needs monitoring.
